​​The Atrium
at Prairie Lakes Park
When you reserve the Atrium for your event, it's yours for the entire day--sun up to sun down. Make arrangements with our event coordinators to have the furnishings set up to your liking. Have unlimited access to the Atrium, outdoor patio, ponds overlooking Prairie Lakes, attached kitchenette, large lobby and two sets of adjacent restrooms. The Atrium is 2,000 square feet (not including outdoor or lobby space) and can accommodate up to 175 guests. Lot parking is available for all guests.
As a customizable space, we hand you the key and let you make your event your own. Our events team will provide you with the option of having the leather seating arrangements set up for casual conversations, or metal table and chair seating for up to 35 guests. For larger accommodations, we can recommend a furnishing rental company familiar with the space.
Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher and coffee pot. Caterers should bring warming stations as needed. Recommendations for caterers can also be provided. Beer, wine and liquor are permitted.

Rental Fee
For 2024 events at the Atrium, the daily rental fee is $800. A security deposit of $500 is due upon reservation, which is refundable if you choose to clean up after your event. Please Contact Us for more information.
