​​The Atrium

Located in the heart of Cedar Falls Industrial Park, the Atrium functions as a multi-use space perfect for a variety of occasions. Originally, the space served as a central meeting area for local companies who make the Tech Park their corporate hub. However, a recent interest in its central location, industrial style feel, beautiful scenery, and customizable approach, offered a unique opportunity for this space. So, we remodeled the space with some funky paint and furniture, and opened our doors to the public as a DIY event center.

 

The Atrium hosts a variety of events, from corporate meetings, holiday parties, graduation parties, weddings, and more. Whatever the occasion, the space can be customized to your liking. Dress it up or dress it down, it's completely up to you! The Atrium is encompassed by 2,000 square feet of intimate space perfect for holding up to 175 guests. In addition, it features a nearby kitchenette, a large lobby, and two sets of restrooms.
